what is the real definition of stress ?
I want to tell you that when I first came to America, a lot of people were talking about managing stress.
I couldn’t understand it because I thought we could manage things that are precious to us like money, business, family, Wealth we can manage all such things.
Why should anyone do to manage stress. You guys understand that stress is a part of life but it’s not.
How to deal with stress | part-1
Stress doesn’t come from your work. Everyone complains that his job is stressful. Even an unemployed person is stressed when he has nothing to do.
If you are stressed from your job and you are rejected from work, what stress is gone?
So it is clear that the stress is not due to the job.
Stress can only feel stressful when you can’t manage things like your mind, your spirit, your energy and your chemistry.
You are sitting in a car that has no steering or you are late to your car here and the car is going somewhere else and you get stressed.
The thing that has caused you stress, someone else gets rid of it comfortably, the stress is not caused by any situation, it is caused by not managing the internal system.
If you suddenly fall in love with someone, then you will be happy in life, if you break up suddenly, then you will be sad. What has changed in the situation? Your reference.
It is up to you to change the context willingly.But sometimes it is not possible to change another thing willingly.Because to change the stress or your context you need to change the environment first.
I will tell you a story that once three architects were preparing a model when a man went there and asked the three of them what they were doing.
1st person :- You don’t see what I am doing 😡😡
2nd person :-I am working for my credit card installment 😟😟
3rd Person :- I am going to make a model of a nice building 🙂🙂
